Start with a rectangular piece of paper. Fold one corner down to make a triangle, then cut off the excess to make a square.

Fold the square in half diagonally to form a large triangle.

Fold the triangle in half again to make a smaller triangle.

Fold the Smaller Triangle
Fold the smaller triangle into two parts. It should resemble a kite or ice cream cone.

Fold the kite in half.

Cut the Top
Cut off the pointed top of the kite to create a flat edge.
